Saudi Ministry of Interior - Combating Beggary:
The Ministry of Interior is responsible for arresting beggars.
The relevant authorities with regard to combating beggary are studying the case of Saudi beggars
and provide the necessary services to them.
Imprisonment for a period not exceeding 6 months
Or a fine not exceeding 50 thousand riyals
Or both, against anyone who engages in beggary on social media or otherwise.
- Deportation of any expatriate beggar in Saudi Arabia
Except for the Saudi wife, the Saudi husband, or her children
- He is prohibited from returning to the Kingdom, except for performing Hajj or Umrah.
Saudi Arabia prohibits begging on all social media sites, whatever the reasons.
